Is this the official religious garb for clerics of Paizo?
My guess is likely GenCon, but I could be wrong.

I imagine Liz it might be sooner than that. I had ended up ordering the shirt through OffWorld Designs the day the announcement was made (prior to knowing that the shirt would be available on paizo.com). I had just received an email confirmation that my shirt had shipped today and unlike their convention shirts, which are sold on their site but fulfilled after the convention has ended, this new Pathfinder shirt could provide a good chance you guys might get your stock in sooner than anticipated. Just my 2cp.
But are they good for a PFS re-roll ?
A pathfinder shirt with an awesome dragon which also counts for PFS re-rolls? *Pre-orders*

See Offworld's T-Shirt Sizing page. (Note that while their table appears to require you to know the brand of shirt they're using, both brands are actually sized identically.)
Are these going to be available for sale at PaizoCon?
Will there be additional designs available at PaizoCon this year?
Unknown at this time. We do tend to release new t-shirts at GenCon (or at least, we have the last few years).
General question for Paizo t-shirts...
Is the back blank? i.e., is their only artwork on the front?
Also, do they shrink in the wash or are they pre-shrunk?

The artwork is just on the front.
Spot checking some of the shirts in the warehouse, it looks like some say that they are preshrunk cotton, and some do not.

Any chance these will ever be restocked?
This design likely not, as it's using the PF1-era Pathfinder logotype.
